By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. 1. Nature of the Services The public storefront, documentation, research materials, and related software are informational, research, and engineering resources. They are provided for evaluation, study, software integration, and legitimate technical work. The services are not certified by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Publication of security assessments, control mappings, or related materials does not constitute DISA certification, authorization, approval, or an Authority to Operate. RQM Technologies does not claim NASA endorsement, selection, funding, partnership, flight validation, or mission-team membership. Named NASA-related materials, where published, are opportunity assessments or proposal-direction statements unless a specific award or contract is separately documented. RQM Technologies does not make universal performance claims. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Paid Usage Some features may require an account, a subscription, or paid usage. Those features are described here only to the extent they are offered or enabled. - Account and administrative functions, contact forms, chat, subscriptions, and database-backed APIs, when enabled, may be provided through a reviewed backend or API deployment separate from the static public storefront. - Paid subscriptions, when offered, may be processed through Stripe or another stated payment processor. Billing terms displayed at checkout govern the corresponding purchase. - Jobs, machine interfaces, and MCP connectors, when offered, may consume included usage, Account Core balance, or other stated credentials or payment rails. Account Core balance jobs, when enabled, may use OAuth or a machine credential. Alternative payment rails are available only when the deployed service reports them as available. - Included usage, quotas, prices, and available tools are those stated by the relevant service at the time of use. Inspect current availability and price before authorizing a run. RQM Technologies may enable, disable, or change optional account, subscription, or paid-job features. These Terms do not promise that any particular paid feature is present on every deployment. 3. Acceptable Use You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, or infringement of the rights of others. - Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, credentials, or non-public data. - Interfere with or disrupt the services, including through abuse, overload, or denial-of-service activity. - Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a manner that harms service availability, circumvents access controls, or imposes an unreasonable load. - Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization. - Submit malware or attempt to probe, scan, or test the services for vulnerabilities except through the responsible-disclosure channel described in the Security Policy. - Use outputs as a substitute for independent professional, engineering, safety, clinical, or legal judgment. 4. Intellectual Property The storefront, documentation, software, trademarks, and related materials are owned by RQM Technologies LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and use the public services as provided. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the services except to the extent that (a) applicable law permits such activity as fair use or a non-waivable right, or (b) a published interface, API, MCP connector, or open-source license expressly permits that use. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Repository READMEs and license files are authoritative for those components. 5. Third-Party Services and Links The services may link to or interoperate with third-party sites, processors, hosting providers, identity providers, or machine-interface hosts. Third-party terms and privacy practices govern those services. RQM Technologies is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices except as required by law. Public links may include documentation hosts, payment processors, professional profiles, research archives, and related RQM properties. 6. Disclaimers of Warranty THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RQM TECHNOLOGIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RQM Technologies does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular operational, safety-critical, clinical, or production use. Research software, prototypes, and documentation may be incomplete, may change, and may contain errors. Nothing in the public materials constitutes professional engineering advice, a safety certification, a clinical claim, or a guarantee of results. 7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RQM TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. RQM Technologies' total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to RQM Technologies for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted. 8. Termination RQM Technologies may suspend or terminate access to the services, including accounts and machine credentials when those are enabled, if you violate these Terms, if continued access would present a security or legal risk, or if a service is discontinued. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive. 9. Changes to These Terms RQM Technologies may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date below will change when a revision is published. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to paid services, when those services are offered, will be communicated through the relevant checkout, account, or service notice where practicable. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of organization of RQM Technologies LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 11.
